it appears the upcoming birthday has caused yet more confusion around the globe.
Several countries, including Kenya, Indonesia, and now Venezuela, are claiming Obama as their 'native son', and due to differing time zones, even the date of his immaculate arrival on the planet earth has come into question.
In Venezuela Oliver Stone and Sean Penn have been tasked with organizing the gala festivities on behalf of narco dictator Hugo Chavez, who has said to have taken a keen interest in the current president due to recent US efforts to legalize marijuana and several other profitable exports from the country further threatening Hugo's balance of trade.
