After much speculation in the US about the actual birthplace of President-elect, Barack Obama, it has been revealed that he was, in fact, born thousands of miles from the White House, both in distance, and in stature - he was born in a stable in Bethlehem.
According to eyewitness statements, Mr Obama was born to a mystery couple who arrived out of the wilderness on a donkey - well, the woman was on the donkey, whereas the man was walking.
All of the rooms in the town were full - it was a holiday weekend - and the only place left available for the heavily-pregnant woman to give birth, was a mucky old stable. The Obamas took it, and the rest, as we now know, is history.
Mr Obama ran against, and beat, Republican candidate John McCain in the November Presidential elections, and will become the first black Messiah US President in history in January.
It had been previously claimed that Mr Obama had originated in Honolulu, Kenya, Nigeria or Ireland, and some of these may also be true, as the story above certainly is not.
