With President-reject Bush only a stones throw from eviction and a seemingly competent new leader coming in, the outlook for sources of new political humor material seems discouraging.

"Thank God we got Hillary in there otherwise we'd be dead in the water." said Jay Leno. "And because of her we can take a few gaffs at Bill too. We can survive on Bush jokes only so long after he is gone."

"We're already paying our writers overtime to find stuff." complains Dave Letterman. "We're planning on tripping up Joe Biden once in a while for material."

"We can only hope that more Blagojevichs show up." says Conan O'Brian who is making more jokes about himself due to the dearth of anyone else to make fun of.

Meanwhile comic researchers are scouring the world for politicos to make fun of. Russia shows great possibilities and Kim Il Jung will be watched like a hawk. And everyone is holding their breath until 2012 hoping that Jeb Bush will want to make run at the Presidency.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
