Crawford / Texas: (December 9, 2008) - President George W. Bush, amid a flurry of end-term pardons for white-collar criminals, has also endorsed a bailout for the Big Oil companies.
In light of the recent drop in petroleum prices, the U.S. Department of Energy Secretary, Samuel W. Bodman has also announced today an initiative to recommend a shift in government financial assistance away from the housing foreclosure crisis and automakers.
In his new plan, Bodman has suggested that it is much more important to use newly printed federal fiat dollars to "keep the juice flowing" for the used cars left on the road so that our tax-payers can expeditiously move from single family homes into smaller and more energy efficient residential apartment complexes.
For additional information, please send a letter to your U.S. Senator stating your support for the "Big Oil Bailout" with an attached personal check from after-tax funds payable to "cash" in the amount of any savings that you have realized from the recent drop in petroleum prices!
