Judge bans bare buttocks billboard erection at NY church

New York - (Ass Mess): Official: bare buttock billboards are now banned in New York after a judge upheld a minister's complaint that a bidet company cannot advertise its wares with such blanantly bare-assed cheek.

The billboard was due to be erected by the Washlet Company in the Broadway theater district on a building that houses the interdenominational Times Square Church.

However, State Supreme Court Justice Marcy Friedman upheld a request by the Pastor Neil Rhodes that this would 'promote the wrong impression' to the 8,000-strong congregation "who might think it was an advertisement for a specialised kinky water-sports (sic) brothel".

The bidet firm's lawyer had argued that the billboard's smiley-faced naked buttocks were a wholesome way of promoting the Washlet bidet-toilet seat that uses warm water and air to keep people spic and span.

But Judge Friedman sided with the plaintiff and said that the court found that the motion presented novel and significant trouble for its jurisdiction.

The Washlet Bidet Company has declined to comment.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
