(MUSICMAN PRESS) A starling new development out of Washington D.C. today as the House of Representatives passed a bill requiring all persons on the government payroll to carpool to work and back. The new bill does however have exceptions. Any one who can present physical or psychological reasons why it is unsafe for this person to carpool is omitted.
