Heads up, animal lovers, you finally have a presidential candidate you can whole heartedly support. Unfortunately, Trevor the Turtle has entered the 2000 presidential race.
Trevor was, of course, disappointed to learn the 2000 fiasco was already over. Advisors have encouraged him (because of his turtle speed) to begin immediately if he plans to run again-in 2012.
The opposition party doubts Trevor's qualifications and has implied that the fast paced world of politics is not a suitable career for a turtle. Trevor's supporters know it is a long race to the White House, but they are confident Trevor will get there eventually.
The Spoof attempted to contact Trevor for a comment, he has not yet returned our calls.
