Reuters has reported that all members of the House Homeland Security committee have been given anti-rabies shots after one of the committee members, Marjorie Taylor-Greene, went ape-shit during a committee session while questioning the Secretary of Homeland Security yesterday. Greene had jumped up from her seat, started growling and screaming, “Liar!” at the Secretary, while lashing out with her clawed fingers.
Other committee members had backed away from the foaming monstrosity that had once been their colleague. GOP committee chairman admonished her with a “This committee doesn’t recognize you anymore” before ducking under the table to avoid being scratched. The Greene beast was then seen leaping towards the door and running out on all fours.
After she’d gone, someone was heard asking whether she was a werewolf while another replied that she was just a dumb bitch, though it is not clear exactly who said that.
A spokesman for the Congresswoman later said that she was “having some woman’s issues”.
CDC agents hurriedly entered the building and administered rabies shots to everyone else.
Marksmen have been sent to shoot the Greene creature, which is kind of ironic since she has, in the past, advocated shooting other Americans.
