I recall learning in school that the 13 Colonists of America – or something to that effect – wanted to have a revolution against Britain because of some buzz-phrase called, “taxation without representation”.
And yet, Puerto Rico is essentially a state of the USA, with those people getting taxed, although as far as I can tell there is no representative in Washington DC for just them. Sure, there are Puerto Rican politicians in America, but they have to speak for one of the legitimate states, not the illegitimate.
Smells like bigotry to me! The Americans don’t want the Puerto Ricans speaking Spanish in those neo-Greek buildings littering DC. No ese, puta, hombre, chollo, bendeco, the list goes on. Some hillbilly from Kentucky won’t nohow noway dang nabbit unnerstan nona them spanish spekin wet –
Alright, nuff of that.
But to you, the Puerto Rican people, do you not see how hypocritical America and how all its BS talk of liberty and revolution and freedom is a load of horse puckey?
What if Puerto Rica had a revolution?
After all, the ONLY reason why the colonists were able to defeat the British in that day and time, was not due to their guns or their gods, but because of the simple fact that King George 3 was bat-shit crazy.
There will need to be a crazy American president (2024 is coming!) before the Puerto Ricans have any chance at becoming the 51st state, or their own country. So keep waiting and watching for Trump to babble nonsense and talk to trees.
PS: the reason why America hates Cuba is because the Cubans told America (JFK) to fuck off, ese and putas – we don’t wear no stinking American badges!
