Quentin Headspace III, a man blessed with both brains and brawn (or so he likes to tell everyone) will henceforth be bullying everyone in Latin.
'Yes,' said Quentin, 'all of the other bullies only bully in English, very short, simple words, aimed to get their points across in the simplest of fashions. That is not for me though. I want to confuse the minions when I take their money, and what little self-respect they have. I mean, it is bad enough that I have to bully the minions, but I have to do it in style. I want people to remember me.'
Headspace III goes to a comprehensive school with only 250 pupils. No-one has ever been scared of him, not since that time he was kicked in the privates. He has never had a Latin class in his life, and simply shouts the proper names of flowers and vegetables at people as they avoid him in the corridor.
