WASHINGTON, DC - President Barack Obama issued an Executive Order Tuesday, directing the National Weather Service to build the Climatron.
The Climatron will control the climate and will be operated by the Vice President of the United States. Operation of the machine is quite simple: Money is placed in the input and the selected climate is produced.
The appropriate climate is created by running the money through a proprietary Al-Gore-ithm, created by the 45th Vice President of the United States. During Mr. Gore's Vice Presidency and after he invented the internet, he worked in the basement of Number One Observatory Circle developing the Al-Gore-ithm.
Initial cost for the Climatron is estimated to be $97.36 trillion, to be paid for by taxing the wealthy.
