WASHINGTON, DC - President Obama's Press Secretary, April Phulz, announced today that the President has signed a Presidential Executive Order prohibiting future Presidents from issuing Presidential Executive Orders.
Ms. Phulz stated that President Obama has determined that the Presidential Executive Order has been abused by past and current Presidents and should be abolished completely, commencing on January 20, 2017.
In rare bipartisan support, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rusty Boehner, and Senate Majority Leader, Toby Turtle, issued a joint press release, praising President Obama's Presidential Executive Order. Tea Party Spokesman, Chip Skate, criticized the action, stating that the Executive Action Oversight Committee should have been abolished by a Presidential Executive Order.
