MOBILE, Alabama - Julie Pabst, a spokesperson for The Happy As Heck Ocean Tours based in Mobile, Alabama talked about the recent incident aboard their cruise ship The Seductress of The Sea.
Miss Pabst, a strikingly attractive single blonde woman, stated that a total of 29 passengers became physically ill while the ship was on the high seas.
When she was asked by reporters why the passengers became ill she smiled and said that as impossible as it sounds, they became sick after the cruise lines piano player identified as Louie Luminoso played 17 Barry Manilow songs in a row.
Pabst was told that ten of the passengers and two of the lounge employees did ask Mr. Luminoso to please stop playing Manilow songs after he had played the 9th song which was "Copacabana (At The Copa)."
Luminoso, who reportedly had been drinking, said that he was playing the songs in honor of his grandmother Thelma Luminoso who was taking a cruise with her next door neighbors of 30 years Hank and Mildred Potterfip.
SIDENOTE: The Happy As Heck Ocean Tours has apologized to all 29 passengers and has said that they will be refunding the entire price of their tickets. Each ill passenger will also receive a certificate good for 15 percent off of their next cruise with Happy As Heck plus each will receive Michael Buble's latest album.
