TOPEKA, Kansas - After receiving thousands and thousands of letters, emails, text messages, and tweets, the state of Kansas has just passed what Kansans are calling a much needed blow for decency, morality, and political awareness.
Senator Elvira Ramona Duckweiser, 73, [R-Wichita] stated that the Kansas State Senate voted by a vote of 39-1 to ban the shameless California fad of young males and young females, mostly females, wearing underwear as their outerwear.
The lone dissenting vote came from Senator Ludlow Fritterfaust, 87, [R-Kiowa].
Senator Fritterfaust explained that he sees nothing wrong with a young woman wearing her knickers on the outside of her shorts or her bra over her blouse for that matter.
The senior senator remarked that his granddaughter Fayola Fritterfaust, 24, has been doing that very thing for the past eight years and it helped her to overcome her shyness with the boys.
SIDENOTE: A local television station in Topeka reported that Fayola is a single mother and she has already given birth to seven kids.
