The state of Wyoming has stated that if you want to tease bears then you better go do it up in Montana.

CHEYENNE, Wyoming - The Wyoming State Senate has just passed a law that will ban the extremely dangerous practice of bear teasing.

Senator ZonQuisha Popcorn [D-Laramie] told the assembled media that this piece of legislation should have been passed years ago.

Relatives and friends of practical jokers and nature teasers Bubzie Tutwiler, Murdock Slimkins, and Skippy Mugginbocker agree and say that it's too late for Bubzie, Murdock, and Skippy but stressed that maybe this new law will save some other man who thinks that it's cute to go up to full grow bears and tease them.

The Wyoming Senate voted 23-7 to name the new law in honor of the three ex-bear teasers.

Senator Popcorn stated that the new Bubzie, Murdock, & Skippy Anti-Bear Teasing Law will go into effect at 12:07 am on Wednesday, July 17, which just happens to be Skippy Mugginbocker's birthday.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Skippy, known as Teasin' Skippy would have been 58.
