OSKALOOSA, Iowa - GOP front runner Mitt Romney pulled into Oskaloosa on his Mormon Merriment Presidential Campaign Bus Tour.

The former governor of Massachusetts said that he can identify with the people of Oskaloosa who work hard planting, watering, cultivating, and shucking corn.

He said that he recalls watching several motion pictures on the subject of corn including Children of The Corn (1984), Stalled In The Corn (2004), and recently on an oldies movies channel, the 1947 corn classic, Way Down Yonder In Corn, so he knows a thing or two about the subject.

Romney was asked by a local reporter about the fact that one of his campaign aides had stated that he had said that President Obama was not qualified to be president because he was not an Anglo-Saxon.

Romney turned as red as a Philadelphia fire truck. He shook his head and stated that the aide who reported that remark misheard him when he was chatting privately to his wife Ann as the two sat eating dinner at a Captain Cluckity Cluck Cluck's Chicken Shack Diner in Des Moines.

The Republican candidate then revealed that the aide in question, whom he identified as Karliff F. Fiddlerfauster, 20. has been asked to turn in his Romney in '12 campaign straw hat, his We Need Mitt Now campaign buttons, and to scrape of his Romney Be Da One bumper sticker off of his 2007 Kia Spectra.

In Silver Screen News. Frankie Avalon has just agreed to star in his 79th beach film. This one co-stars Scarlett Johansson and Brooklyn Decker and is titled Beach Blanket Sexting.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
