London - (WMD Mess): Feckless IRA-fellating tosser Tony Blair is to be honored with the USA's most prestigeous medal for blatant corruption.

Terror accomplice Bill Clinton is to personally present him with the Diabolical Liberty Medal in September.

The award is the joint brainchild of the American Skull And Bones Society and the UK's notorious Hellfire Club.

Its conferment is in recognition of services rendered regarding the Dr David Kelly death cover-up campaign.

This whitewashed the WMD inspector's chronic smack habit via a cunningly executed Coroner's Inquest evasion ploy.

And did away with the legal requirement of an official public postmortem hearing, a fundamental guarantee of UK law.

Kelly was found dead on a local Oxfordshire beauty spot called Henman Hill.

His demise was billed as 'suicide' after a rose pruning knife was blamed for an apparent slashed wrist.

An alleged paracetamol overdose was also implicated despite evidence Kelly had actually taken only two pain killers.

This week UK cops said they would reopen the Kelly file following pressure by medics and MPs.

The lack of fingerprints on the death weapon and an almost total absence of blood at the alleged spot where Kelly's body was found are now thought to be 'highly suspicious'.

Note: Widow Mrs Janice Kelly is a cousin of Judith Keppel, the first contestant to win the million pound top prize in the UK TV quiz show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire!

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
