In order to appear tough on crime in the run up to the election, Labour plan to use further profiling to target resources on those most likely to commit crime in the future.
In addition to plans to build another 100,000 places to lock men up indefinitely, Labour have proposed identifying future male criminals immediately after conception. Since children born to single mothers are significantly more likely to become criminals, Labour hope by testing embryos at an early age to determine whether they are male or female will allow a huge reduction in crime and costs of crime in the future.
By aborting those foetuses being brought up by single mothers and determined as male, there is likely to be a huge reduction in future problems. This is likely to extend the crime reduction trend that started with the introduction of legalised abortion in the 1970's.
