THE COURT CASE
Jack Tweed, the widower of the late Jade Goody appeared at Snaresbrook Magistrates Court yesterday accused of A CRIME.
THE CRIME
Jack Tweed stands accused, along with his mate Big Tone from Chigwell, of doing something they had no right to do with a woman who was 19 years old at the time of the alleged offence. And doing it against her will. Together. At the same time. The woman took exception to what had occurred and pressed criminal charges against the pair.
THE PROSECUTION
The prosecution alleged that Jack Tweed and Big Tone done the deed against the girl, against her will. Which is a serious crime.
THE DEFENCE
The Defence, acting on behalf of Jack Tweed and Big Tone, alleged that the girl was a willing participant, who by her own admission had taken cocaine, but who denied sneaking around in Jack Tweed's gaff looking for stuff to sell, such as pictures of Jade Goody.
LOBBING ONE OFF ON JADE GOODY'S LEG
I promised to dish the dirt on Jack Tweed, and despite the aforementioned reporting restrictions, I can reveal that despite having no history of the crime with which he is accused, it is an established fact that Jack Tweed lobbed one off on Jade Goody's leg on Celebrity Big Brother. Although I can't confirm that Jade was a willing participant because she's dead.
