Sacked Labour Party one-time prospective candidate Stuart MacLennan issued a full and unreserved apology for his disgraceful Twitter postings which labelled political allies and opponents alike as a bunch of t**ts and c**ts and w***ers.
The 24 year old candidate for Moray - noted for its eels and firths - looks all set to spend a long time in the political wilderness for his ungentlemanly conduct, but supporters have claimed that MacLennan was only acting totally in character as a Scotsman.
One supporter claimed that MacLennan had been gagged and exiled for merely speaking the truth, or at least the truth as many perceive it. The supporter said that all politicians were regarded as shysters, cheats and liars by the public, and that attempts to 'connect with the people' are looked on as a sick joke.
One man, who was climbing up a ladder to squeegee some windows backed MacLennan wholeheartedly. "The trains are fucking shite! Everything costs too much! Auld people are all fucking coffin dodgers and all politicians are fucking wankers! Put that in your fucking Twitter and twat it! Ya bastards!'
