In a stunning political move today the government announced that all opposition Members of Parliament have been arrested for sedition and treason.
The cabinets new security leader Albemarle Pottingshed reported--"We have found virtually tons of evidence that opposition MPs have been plotting to overthrow the government at the next election. They have been seen talking to members of the public and industrial leaders trying to get them to vote against the party and our Great Leader at any future election. Regular meetings have been held by the various parties where they plotted amongst themselves to win at an election and oust the government. This type of situation can not be tolerated the type of democracy the Leader is attempting to build.
Therefore all opposition MPs have been gathered, collected and errmm concentrated in special education camps for vigorous and rigid cleansing of their minds ridding them of any disention they may harbour. I'm sure once they have had our visions for the future of society and the people who will be allowed to live in it explained they will joyfully support us and join in our mission to correct previous mistakes made.
If any members of the public have questions or wish to make a statement we will be placing approved members of the police and security teams along with the military at strategic places throughout the country. They I am sure will be happy to respond in an appropriate manner to the public."
