Carlsberg the Danish brewers of continental beer in Northampton have decided to sue the British Humanist Association for using the word 'probably' in their advertising.
The British Humanists Association have embarked on an advertising campaign to put their message containing the word on London bendy buses.
Lawyers objected to the use of the word 'probably' in the adverts as it is associated with their own product.
Their adverts, some of which depict their drivers being actively discouraged from exporting their product from Denmark, which is presumably why they brew it in Northampton, have used the word 'probably' for many years.
