Ministers are to meet in the House of Commons on Wednesday to try to decide whether or not they should hold a UK-wide referendum to decide on whether or not they should hold a UK-wide referendum on the troublesome EU Treaty.
A referendum, which is extremely difficult to type if you're not careful, is backed by the Conservatives, the Scottish National Party and Plaid Cymru, which can also be a bit tricky.
The Labour government will oppose it, and the Liberal Democrats will abstain.
It's such a mixed-up subject, that many politicians cannot, for the life of them, remember what the Treaty is about, let alone whether or not to give the electorate a chance to vote on such a complex issue.
Conservative leader David Cameron said:
"They promised us a referendum. Now we're going to have two of them, which pleases me, because I like referendums."
But Lib Dem owner Nick Clegg, was less enthusiastic, saying:
"Referendum? What's one of those?"
