On watching an old episode of Vera, married couple Gary and Lorraine Johnson have been arguing about what else they saw an extra in lately.
'There he was' said Gary 'a big, beardy bloke, drinking a pint in the pub, as Vera and Joe go in to talk to a suspect, and Lorraine said 'I know him, he was in that other thing we were watching.'
'Yes' interjected Gary 'he looked up, just as Vera said 'yer shoulda told us earlier, pet' and walked up. He had an intense stare on him.'
'Now I remember what it was' said Lorraine 'Crimewatch, or Eastenders, one of those shows'.
