Pumpkin Gavin Williamson is feeling a bit down about not being picked for Halloween this year.
The orange, round fruit is only small compared to the other Pumpkins and has many skin imperfections.
'This year was going to be my year' said the pipsqueak with a high voice 'but all of the things I was promised, never happened. No small children will remove my flesh with spoons, carve eyes and put a candle inside me. I will never be a fire hazard. I will just end up in a pie or in some soup'.
In many ways it is a bit like the experience that most of us had at school, only that goes on for years, and makes us all into very bitter adults, who spend the years after school nursing dreams that only come to nothing.
