Due to a slight down-turn in people going to university, many shops are revealing that they still have that Che Guevara poster in their stock rooms.
Students, wanting to show their right-on credentials, have been known to put the iconic image on their walls, T-shirts, mouse mats, mugs, and even having it as a tattoo, realising only after they have graduated, that it was a big mistake, and socialism, like all ideas, is fatally flawed by human failings.
Student, Norris Smith, said 'I have that poster. Well, my mum and dad both had one when they were students in the 1990s, so not only do I have that poster, but I have two vintage editions, which, I suppose, in years to come, means that I have at least two more reasons for despising my student self.'
