In a shock statement, the tenth circle of hell from Dante's "Inferno" has been named as the Northern Line at rush hour.
Intended as the circle to punish commuters for trusting the British public transportation system, this horrendous site sees an unbearable commute in which commuters battle packed trains, poor air quality, socially uncomfortable situations, unintelligible announcements and disrupted services.
The most unbearable section of this part of Hell is "Elephant and Castle to King's Cross/ St. Pancras at 5:30pm", just the mere speaking of those words sends a shiver down Satan's spine.
Satan himself said, "I'm just glad I'm burning in an eternal like of fire, rather than having to suffer the Northern Line (laughs) sucks for them."
