Just about everybody associated with Liverpool Football Club, from the manager through to the kids in the school playgrounds of the city expect an easy three points from Old Trafford this afternoon when Liverpool play reigning champions Manchester United.
Based on the logic that their team won last season's encounter by a handsome 4-1 margin, Liverpool expect an easy victory, by at least three clear goals, and may even consider resting up to four key players for what most see as a run of the mill encounter.
One Liverpool fan, Mickey McWhack told us that he wasn't even going to bother going to the game even though he had a ticket.
"There's no point," he told us. "It's three points in the bag for the lads, a walk in the park, a stroll on the beach, they won't even have to break into a sweat. Nah, I'll just watch the goals go in with Adrian Chiles on MOTD2 tonight and have a couple of bevvies this avvy."
We spoke to a very jumpy Man United fan outside the Apollo in Ardwick Green who said:
"I'm dreading this game. I don't know what it is, but just lately they seem to have the knack of turning us over. It's like when they were top dogs back in the day, we turned them over regular. Trouble is, if they beat us, I'm gutted, can't even hold me head up in me own house. It's just humiliating. Let's hope I can hold me head up this week eh? Cheers mate."
More as we get it.
