WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama says he likes nothing better than going out on a limb as he gave his predictions as to which two NFL teams he thinks will be participating in next year's Super Bowl XLVIII.

The president spoke with Zorro La Bamba with The Sports Bet Gazette. He stated first off that he truly believes that the stars are aligned for the hometown Washington Redskins to play at MetLife Stadium, in East Rutherford, New Jersey in Super Bowl 48, on February 2, 2014.

President Obama said that it is time that the Redskins show that even though they have one of the most controversial names in all of professional sports they are still a very good football team.

He went on to say that he thinks that it is going to be the year of the Houston Texans who have been playing very well over the past few years.

He quipped that he believes the game will be a very close one but in the end he feels that the Redskins will end up scalping the Texans in the NFL's biggest game.

The president was asked if he would be betting on the game. He paused for a moment, grinned, and asked "Mr. La Bamba let me put it this way sir. Does Kirstie Alley need to go on a diet?"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
