WASHINGTON, D.C. - The regular season hasn't even started yet and Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin, III, has already been hit with two fines.
Griffin was caught wearing an unauthorized shirt during warmups prior to a preseason game and he was fined $10,000 for that infraction.
According to Hercules Confetti with Sporting Chance Magazine Griffin's shirt had the phrase Anthony Weiner Jokes Suck stenciled on the front.
Griffin, who is recovering from an injury, was confronted by Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan and told to turn the shirt inside out. He refused saying that he does not wear shirts inside out.
At that point security was called and they escorted Griffin off the field, out of the stadium, and out into the parking lot.
By then the stadium's chief of security arrived and told Mr. Griffin that he would comply with the instructions of his coach or he could possibly end up getting his butt tased.
Griffin called a taxi and decided to go on home after he learned that he was also getting fined $5,000 for not wearing any underwear underneath his football uniform.
SIDENOTE: Confetti said that now Griffin is also going to get fined for leaving the premises without permission.
