Animal lovers were celebrating this morning after scientists in an animal testing laboratory in Buckinghamshire revealed that they had found cheese on the whiskers of a mouse.
Dr Andrew Glockenspiel, who works at the laboratory in Chesham, near Aylesbury, said, "We did some observations to test for some stuff, and, in the course of these obs, we had to give the mouse a snack. It's not surprising then, that we discovered a bit of cheddar around the mouse's mush."
"It's so cute!" wrote Marcie on Facebook. "A mouse with cheese on its whiskers!"
Other social media morons left similar sentiments on the message boards.
