I just want to nibble on her long neck. And those legs that go on for miles and miles...

Renowned astro-physicist, Doctor Albert Finkelberker of the University of Ontario, has astounded the international scientific community with news of his love affair with a pet giraffe named Bertha.

The two lovebirds (although this is obviously not the scientific case) hit it off after meeting in a local park one sunny Sunday afternoon in mid-March.

"I wasn't looking for love", said Dr Finkelberker yesterday, "love found me. I saw this stunning pair of legs through the bushes. And then I saw another matching pair. That long slender neck. The graceful beauty. I haven't felt this way since Booboo the Chimp died".

The hot couple had their first kiss after the Doctor walked her home that night.

"I took her to the laboratory and gave her a good-night peck on the cheek through the second floor window. Boy, she's a looker!".

Rumors are circulating that the duo are set to announce their engagement very soon.

"It's Ok with Mother. She took some persuading, though. She always wanted me to settle down with a nice Jewish girl. Bertha's a Scientologist. But Mother's fine with that now."

"But it's a big step", said Dr. Finkelberker, "for Bertha - not me. Well, everything's a big step for Bertha".

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
