Charles wants to honor his Mother. He feels Females make the best Monarchs. And He is already tired and bored with being King.

In a change to tradition, Charles has decreed that when it is time to pass the Crown on - Camilla will Become Queen of England.
If due to age or incapacity - Camilla is not available - Randy Andy's current mistress might be available - or Possibly Harry's mistress.
Harry will probably have one in a few years - since it has been a Family Tradition for two Kings of England (Three if you count Henry the Eighth).
In the future some of the young male Royals will be having lots of sex and possibly Mistresses - so the Crown might pass on to one of those fine young Ladies.
It will also bring fresh blood into the royal Family - which tends to suffer from Tired Blood.
Charles feels the Male Royals are unstable - marry inappropriate Women - and it's better if they don't Marry and instead have a sensible, Down - to - Earth Mistress to keep her Royal Consort on his toes.
