My Boobs tell me that it will probably cause Psychic harm to the individual if the government arbitrarily imposes a racial category on a person with some Black Heritage. Or forces a DNA test to impose a category on him.
In my Trance - I can sense some disagreement.
My larger Right Boob seems more Law and Order and wants to go by the Science - while the Left Boob seems more Liberal and is reluctant to impose DNA tests on individuals to prove Race.
This the best I can do. The Boobs have spoken.
