WEST HOLLYWOOD - Paris Hilton has instructed her daddy's personal account to see about purchasing a penitentiary in California so that when she does something wrong she can have the judge sentence her to spend the three or four days there.
Hilton said that she would also allow some of her law-breaking friends like Nicole Ritchie and Lindsay Lohan to be incarcerated in her prison as well.
When California circuit Judge Ramsey K. Coffeepot was told about Miss Hilton's proposal he started laughing so hard his dentures almost popped right out of his mouth.
Judge Coffeepot said that he has been a California judge for 31 years and he thought that he had heard it all, but he had never heard anything as asinine or as ridiculous as Paris Hilton's proposal.
The good judge said that if Paris was under his jurisdiction that he would have her sent to a medical clinic for mental, emotional, and sexual evaluation.
He added that he truly believes that the dozen or so years that she has been using hair dye on her hair have finally had a horrible effect on the reasoning portion of her brain.
When Paris was told about Judge Coffeepot's remark she laughed and said that sticks and stones may break her bones but words and hair dye will never hurt her.
SIDENOTE: Vice-President Joe Biden has stated on the record that the skinny blonde bitch needs to stop getting treated like she is some kind of celebrity. He then added that if Las Vegas treats her above the law and does not send her to prison for possession of cocaine then they need to let everyone imprisoned in Nevada for similar cocaine possession back out on the street.
