Making bail for the second time on the same alcohol related charge, thanks to a California Court Judge's declaration of a parole violation, Lindsay Lohan had to open her check book to the tune of $200,000 to buy her next "get out of jail, but not free" card.

Reacting to her ankle bracelet alcohol detection alarm, something parents of teenagers the world over are now trying to buy retail, California police arrested Lohan at an Awards Show after-party. Telling Police that she had actually "nothing to drink", made little difference to the large and muscular men who escorted her to a private black and white limousine with blue and red lights on top.

Lohan's new lawyer, Burt Anearny, tells reporters, "Somebody spilled an Appletini on her shoes at the party and the alarm went off. It's as simple as that. She has every right to appear in public, go to parties and make a complete ass of herself. None of that is illegal."

But parole violations are. For most citizens in most states, a parole violation of any kind, even while on probation, lands the offender squarely in jail, period. "The cost of being stupid while on bail or thumbing your nose at a seated judge, is a little time in the pokey", says prosecuting attorney, Oscar Groucheski. "Somehow she still doesn't get it".

Lohan's shoes are being held for lab testing to corroborate her lawyer's claims of the Appletini assault. "It will cost her a nice pair of thousand dollar shoes", says Groucheski, just to put a little personal sting into the equation. "She'll miss the shoes more than the 200 grand".

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
