After leaving the clinic early that she had been sentenced to, for earlier alcohol and drug abuse, a Los Angeles judge has had it with Lindsay Lohan.
To add to her crimes, she was late getting back from the Cannes festival and ten minutes late for her hearing this morning.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who postponed her vacation in order to dole out the punishment, wasn't in the mood to be lenient.
Lilo was released on bail but she will have to wear an ankle bracelet so she cannot use alcohol or drugs.
In addition, she was sentenced to be drug tested at random in California. Plus community work spearing doggie doo in some parks.
Lilo's lawyer appealed to the judge on this point, requesting that his client be checked in Texas where she has been scheduled to perform.
"Nope", stated the judge. "She will be tested in California, not in Texas."
After hastily talking it over, Lilo's lawyer convinced her that this judge had had it and this was probably the best she could hope for.
"It's a good thing this judge isn't in Texas", stated a bailiff. "Lindsay may have got the chair!"
