A judge issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest Tuesday and reset her bail at $200,000, saying Lohan violated terms of her bail when her alcohol monitoring bracelet went off at a party Sunday night.
A county prosecutor and Lohan's attorney met earlier today with Judge Marsha Revel in Los Angeles, after the actress' SCRAM bracelet went off at a party Sunday Lindsay was attending after the MTV Movie Awards. Lohan has been required to wear the device since way back at the end of May, or last month, when she missed a court hearing.
Lohan's attorney apparently pleaded that an "enemy of Lohan" had poured beer on Lohan's bracelet.
However the judge, who has repeatedly said that she has had it with Lohan and her thinking she is above the law, has talked with someone else that was at the party who claimed that someone had poured a small amount on the bracelet so that Lohan could have a drink and use the pouring as an excuse.
Therefore, Judge Revel has reset bail at $200,000 and is considering sending Lohan on tour with Bristol Palin who is speaking against teen pregnancy.
Lohan would be speaking about how not to allow alcohol to ruin your life, while showing off her bracelet.
