Ellen Degeneres, the newest judge on American Idol, is still trying to find her place on the show, according to the director. This may explain why she found it necessary to moon the contestants during one of the tryouts on Hollywood week.
Assistant director Neal Lofton said that "during one of the group singing trials, there were these four that were just so bad. Simon was rolling his eyes, Randy was laughing into a paper, Kara was starring with her mouth open, and Ellen had a different reaction. She turned around, dropped trou, and gave them a full moon."
When asked what he thought of the incident, Tom Ledbetter of Kilgore, Kentucky said that "she ain't got that nice of an ass. I'd much rather check out the behinds of some of the other contestants, or even that Kara LaGuardia."
No punishment will be given to Degeneres because, after all, she really doesn't have a great ass (and this is considered a handicap for a woman in Hollywood).
