Simon Cowell is the straight shooting, shoot from the lip, insult them all, veteran of American Idol judges. He's never seen a person that he couldn't rip apart. Ellen Degenerate is the new American Idol judge with zero background or experience in the recording industry (who also admits that she can't carry a tune).
Las Vegas bookmakers are taking bets on how long into tonight's show it takes Cowell to insult Ellen.
Manny Cordova, a Nevada oddsmaker, says "we're currently taking a lot of bets on this. Right now, the over/under is running about eight minutes into broadcast time (of course, Ryan Seacrest is usually running at the mouth for the first seven of those and saying absolutely nothing). Most people seem to think that it will be before the first commercial break."
"You also must admit the possibility that the editors can place the insults whereever they want in the broadcast, so we may not get it until the very end or they may use it as a teaser for the next episode."
Snart money says he rips on the rug muncher before they leave the pre-broadcast production meeting.
