The show deals with elderly women who find themselves impregnated by either their husbands, their boyfriends, or in some cases their bosses, co-workers, neighbors, or members of law enforcement.
In the show's first episode, a law office manager, named Emma Edgewood, who is 56, suddenly finds herself with child.
The office staff then proceeds to make bets as to who the "Daddy" will turn out to be.
