Paris Hilton, the wealthy socialite, has turned a corner in her life and established a reformed alcoholics collective for those
struggling with the demon drink. Hilton was the first person to sign up to her own organisation.
She says that the inspiration for this move was deceased ex-president, Gerald Ford. "He had major battles with booze and overcame it eventually," she said. When it was pointed out to her that it was really his wife, Betty Ford, that had the alcohol problems, not Mr Ford, Hilton blushed noticeably. " Whoops, sorry people," she added.
Hilton hopes to have a significant number of people signed up. "Yeah, like 20,000 maybe." Paris had to leave the press conference early as she had another party to attend.
