Pop singer Katy Perry has agreed to donate half of all her royalties to the Shaved Head Girl Power Manifest Destiny Feminist Autonomous Collective or SHGPMDFAC for short.
When asked whether it was best to hand over so much money to an organisation with a such a cumbersome title, she countered that she had suggested a new name (Brilliant Idealists To Counter Hedonism or BITCH). However, that one didn't get past the committee level.
Perry has considered donating the royalties to an alternative group: the World Health Organisation (WHO). "Hey, that sounds like an easy one to remember," said Perry.
