"That's a real kick!"

Taking a page out of the Donald Trump defense book, Harvey Weinstein is claiming executive privilege and is not allowing any former actresses, actors, anyone who auditioned for him, had dinner with him, gave him a massage, sat too close at a restaurant, took a cab with him, rode an elevator with him, or went to his hotel room, to testify against him at his trial, because if pussy fingers in the White House can claim executive privilege and squelch his trial before the Senate, why oh why can’t Harvey Weinstein?

Editor’s note: We’re going to be sued.

Author: Hear it out.

Harvey Weinstein’s actions are immediately putting the brakes on his trial, which is now skidding to a stop like Wile E. Coyote, and judges are scratching their collective heads.

Looking to hire Rudolph Giuliani as his mouthpiece, (Rudy has alimony to pay) Weinstein plans to take his claim up to the Supreme Court. He is also hoping to become an amicus curse, or friend of the court, offering insight and evidence to legalize his situation further, while hoping to partner with Trump’s claim of executive privilege.

If it worked for Trump, forbidding the release of any documents and not allowing any witnesses to testify, why wouldn’t it work for Harvey Weinstein? Both guys are men, after all, and so is Mitch McConnell!

Giuliani is already on his orange crate, (Rudy has alimony to pay) proclaiming justice for Harvey Weinstein.

It’s the opposite of O.J’s. glove. Because the glove didn’t fit, they could not convict.

However, while witnesses and documents could convict Donald Trump and Harvey Weinstein, both men have to claim executive privilege, or the witnesses and documents will fit like a glove, and both men may be convicted, in the slammer or removed from office.

Giuliani says both men have a good case, (Rudy has alimony to pay).

So, Harvey Weinstein was seen tap-dancing out of court and waving a red MAGA hat.

Women were protesting.

Giuliani says that the women have a good case, and he is willing to represent them, (Rudy has alimony to pay).
