NEW YORK CITY - Joan Rivers, who is known as The Queen of Mean, recently told Larry King that she is tired of hearing about the whining brat known as Alec Baldwin always complaining about the paparazzi.
Rivers said that the paparazzi made Baldwin what he is today and if it wasn't for them giving him publicity no one would know Alec Baldwin the actor from Alexa Baldwin the female impersonator.
Joan appearing on The Viagra View added that most celebrities love to have their photos taken so that everyone can see that they are still in the public eye.
She noted that older celebrities such as Madonna, Clint Eastwood, and Cher often pay the paparazzi to take their pictures and put them in their newspapers and magazines.
Rivers said that she saw Alec Baldwin once at a party that Piers Morgan had thrown for New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and Baldwin had on lipstick, eye liner, and a woman's scarf.
Baldwin has denied the story and said that Joan was drunk and under the influence of some kind of cellulite removing cream that penetrated her skin and worked its way up to what she has left of her brain.
SIDENOTE: Joan told Larry King that now that the brat known as Justin Bieber has announced he is retiring, she hopes that he takes the big brat Alec Baldwin back to Canada with him.
