MARICOPA COUNTY, Arizona - The man who calls himself The Toughest Sheriff in The United States has just announced a possible business venture.
Sheriff Joe "Pinky" Arpaio, who is considered to be Governor Jan Brewer's staunchest supporter and rumored paramour, told American Spotlight Magazine's Fitzwater Ribicoff that he has always wanted to go into the fast food business.
He said that he would really like to open up a hot dog diner in Phoenix.
The 81-year-old lawman is noted nationwide for forcing his prisoners to dress all in pink; pink jumpsuits, pink flip-flops, and even pink underwear.
A recent poll taken of over 40,000 convicts incarcerated in dozens of prisons throughout America showed that "Pinky" is without a doubt one of the most hated individuals in America; right up there with Omarosa, Ann Coulter, Bernie Madoff, and Joan Rivers.
Arpaio told Ribicoff that ever since he was in high school he has always enjoyed chowing down on wieners. He said that he loved going to baseball games and eating as many as 6 hot dogs during a 9 inning game.
He added that several of his closest friends and relatives have suggested that it is time for him to hang up his can of pepper spray and retire from the law enforcement business.
SIDENOTE: Sheriff Joey, as Governor Brewer calls him, confessed to Ribicoff that he has a special recipe for the relish which will go into his hot dogs. He did not want to elaborate but he did say that the ingredients come from south of the border.
