Sir Alex Ferguson has held private discussions with Arsene Wenger over Manchester United's attempts to complete a dramatic swoop for RVP.

Shinji Kagawa scored a late winner last night as we finally found our scoring touch with a 4-3 win over Hannover.

It was end to end at times, we probably were a bit sloppy and could've done better defending, but I thought some of the play throughout the game was great.

Thankfully we've got the four goals, which we've maybe been lacking in pre-season and it's great to get them in this game with the season coming up. Guess what? I scored twice - and get this, one was a penalty... of course I wasn't playing for England!
