The Gunners are holding out for upwards of £20m, with Arsene Wenger loathed to sell his prize asset to United.

But I am convinced the Holland ace would be a smash at United. Of course he's a player that I admire.

He's a fantastic player, he's been amazing for Arsenal over many years. Last season was probably his best season of all, he scored a lot of goals. If he does come here he would be a great addition to the squad.

I reckon I could form a lethal partnership with Van Persie, and the title would be assured for us if he does come!

Hope he ain't too good though...
