Dear Diary - I am going to start up a petition that if President Obama does not listen to what the members of the United States Senate have to say then maybe we need to put him on some kind of mandatory suspension or some type of probationary period.

Hey wait a minute. Then that would mean that Vice-President Biden would take over running the country.
