I thought my idea of imposing a minimum price on alcohol was a goody.

Stop all the riff-raff drunks, street dwellers, tramps, and unemployed from being encouraged to drink?

Of course some proletariat creep from the Mirror had to say: "This will only encourage them to commit more crime to afford their addiction. And with so many police cutbacks. is it a good idea?"
